Acupuncture alone is ideal for “straightforward” health concerns such as an acute pain issue, labor preparation, uncomplicated pregnancy, or, sometimes, IVF support. The initial appointment is up to 1.5 hours and may include acupuncture, herbal medicine, and bodywork modalities like cupping, tuina, and moxibustion, and you will receive a simple treatment plan.

Acupuncture with Functional Medicine is ideal for complex health concerns such as infertility, autoimmunity, endometriosis, PCOS, and any chronic issue. The initial appointment is up to 2 hours to allow time for a full health history and review of previous labs. The appointment will include acupuncture and appropriate modalities, and you will receive a more in-depth treatment plan.
